Start your day with a breakfast that not only tastes good, but also leaves you feeling good. At Bildstein's Bed & Breakfast, you can book an optional breakfast that deliberately focuses on quality, regionality and sustainability - served with our fantastic distant view over the picturesque Volcanic Eifel.
Most of our ingredients come from farms and manufacturers in the Eifel region - and many products come directly from our own organic garden. In spring we spoil you with fresh herbs and the first salads, in summer with sun-ripened tomatoes and cucumbers. We are particularly proud of our homemade jams made with fruit from our own garden: delicious strawberry jam, aromatic blackcurrant jam, fruity blackberry jelly and other seasonal creations.
In autumn and winter, we spoil you with homemade tomato sauces from our garden, warming soups such as pumpkin soup or courgette soup and pickled delicacies such as beetroot and gherkins. All year round, we also offer regional cheese, eggs from happy hens and crusty bread from the Eifel region.
We serve breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere with a view of the countryside - either outside on the terrace with a panoramic view or in the cosy breakfast room. So your day not only starts with pleasure, but also in the midst of nature and in peace and quiet.
Price per person: €17 - Children under 6 years of age eat breakfast for free.

We want you to feel completely at ease with us. That's why we are happy to personalise our organic breakfast to suit your needs: Whether vegetarian, vegan or with consideration for intolerances - just let us know your wishes and we will lovingly take care of them.
You decide for yourself whether you would like to book our breakfast - flexibly when making your reservation or at short notice on site. So your time with us is just as individual as you are.

Our Bildstein's Bed & Breakfast breakfast is an optional extra service that you can easily add to your booking - or spontaneously during your stay in one of our holiday flats.
Just let us know in good time.

Breakfast starts in the morning in a very relaxed way - without crowds, without buffet stress, but with personal service from Monika and lovingly selected organic ingredients from the region.
